Fees and rates are discussed in our initial communication. Self-Pay rate is $200.  


Insurance and Reduced Rates
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis, and discussed prior to meeting. We are also an in-network provider for most plans with:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield and Florida Blue

• Cigna

• United ( Medicaid and Florida Kid-Care are not covered)

• Avmed

• UMR
